Letting “Enough” Be Enough

It’s tempting to push past “enough.”

To add one more thing.

To squeeze a little more out of the day.

But enough is not a failure state.

It’s a stopping point.

Recognizing when something is sufficient — rest, effort, attention — is a skill. And it’s one that protects you from exhaustion disguised as commitment.

If today reached “enough,” you’re allowed to stop there.
